If you cancel your reservation within a month, you will be responsible to cover half the cost of the room. If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours, you will be charge the full cost of the room. 

Accommodation may not be ready for new arrivals until 3pm. However, you are welcome to arrive earlier and use the facilities within the Hotel. We ask that departing guests vacate their rooms by 11am.

The Restaurant is overseen by executive chef Jordan Thompson, where Breakfast and Dinner is served daily.  If you know that you will be dining with us, we suggest that you reserve a table in advance in order to avoid disappointment. Please advise us prior to your arrival of any food allergies.

There is no dress code in the hotel but we ask that guests dress appropriately. The dress code when dining in our restaurant is smart casual.

Unfortunately, we do not allow children at The Rudloe Arms.

No Pets Allowed

We do not have specific rooms for disabled access. Please advise us of any other disability so that we can assist with special requirements wherever possible.

We do not have safes in the rooms and the hotel is not able to accept responsibility for your valuables. We advise you not to leave valuables in your car. Please note that we are not held responsible for the loss or damage of valuables or the car.

A corkage fee will be charged to any guests who bring their own alcohol onto the premises of the hotel or restaurant. 

Additional charges will occur if customers:

  • Smoke anywhere in the hotel.
  • Deliberate damage is caused by guests. 
  • Any products are stolen from the property. 

The lead booking holder will be changed accordingly.
