Rooms cannot accommodate children or pets.
All bookings require a deposit totalling 100% of the stay, via a valid credit card, at the time of booking, to confirm the reservation.
On arrival, guests will be requested to present the credit card they intend using to settle their account. The credit card will be pre-authorised for the amount of the total anticipated cost for accommodation during the stay.
All outstanding charges are to be settled on departure.
Reservations for Dinner & Breakfast will be taken at Check-in.
Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:30. We will always try to accommodate guests who arrive early, but we are unable to guarantee that your room will be available before 15:00. Please be advised that check-out time is 11:00. Reception will close at 18:30 every evening.
If keys are lost or taken, a £25 surcharge upon or after your departure and additional charges will be incurred.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our buildings. If you choose to smoke in your bedroom, we reserve the right to charge a £150 cleaning surcharge upon or after your departure and additional charges will be incurred.
No outside food and beverages are allowed. If you choose to bring your own food or beverages on site, we reserve the right to charge a corkage of £40 surcharge after your departure and additional charges will be incurred.
Any theft or damage to any property belonging to the hotel will be charged accordingly, upon or after your departure and additional charges will be incurred. Please refrain from touching and moving artwork and hotel property.
Rudloe accepts no liability for any damage to or any loss of guests' personal property.
Please note we are here to help and assist as much as we can. While we will do our best to assist you, we cannot tolerate abusive or aggressive behaviour towards staff, verbal or otherwise. Our company has an Unacceptable behaviour & Aggression Policy which does not tolerate certain behaviours. Continuing abuse of a threatening nature will result in your stay being terminated. We believe the rights of our staff to be working in a happy environment is important.
The company reserves the right to collect pre-authorisation credit card details on arrival to guarantee any additional monies due.
Telephone bookings will require a one-night deposit at the time of booking, to confirm the reservation. Online bookings will require a valid credit card at the time of booking, to guarantee the reservation. Card details provided at the time of booking are used as a guarantee only. A booking confirmation will be sent within 24 hours of booking direct/website. Please check carefully that this is correct.
No refund will be given for early departure unless caused by significant acts of negligence on the part of the company or its employees.
In exceptional circumstances, the company reserves the right to offer an alternative date of stay or to cancel the reservation(s) with full refund to the payee.
All cancellations made through direct purchase must be made in writing to email@example.com.
Amendments and cancellations are free up to 72 Hours prior to the date of arrival, afterwards, the full rate will be charged against the guaranteed credit/debit card. No Shows will be charged the equivalent of the total stay. If you cancel after 08:00am UK time, 72 hours prior to the arrival date, the forfeiture amount will be the total stay.
Please note: if you are booking a promotion or a discounted rate, no further discounts or offers can be applied. All Amendments & cancellations to Promotions or discounted bookings must be made through the origin or purchase/offer.
